Formation of Future Teachers’ Leadership Competence at a Higher Education Institution

Abstract The article substantiates the need to form leadership competence among future teachers in conditions of university education. authors generalized and concretized concept “leadership competence” teacher, defining it as a particular competence, namely meta-competence. research aimed define possible ways teachers’ mastering educational program “Pedagogy Psychology.” algorithm for development is suggested given article. confirmation accepted hypothesis justified by presented results study, which showed positive dynamics level formation studied competence. effectiveness consistent purposeful teacher’s studying psychological pedagogical disciplines passing practice has been proven.
